Timeraiser, a Canadian innovation, is an event that connects volunteers, the non-profit sector, artists and young professionals through a silent art auction where people bid in volunteer hours with local social and non-profit agencies instead of cash. On May 15th, the first Regina Timeraiser, in partnership with the United Way, will hold a silent auction at the Casino Regina Show Lounge for 14 works of art, by local artists, all adjudicated by leading Regina art experts. ...
